Preparing for the St. Assisi Pilgrimage. There is no such thing as bad weather; only bad gear, bad clothing. Appalachian Trail South to High Top Shelter, Shenandoah National Park. 8-miles. Total 1,969 feet elevation gain.

Not sure those dates next week work for both of us. But where are you “Pilgriming” to in 3 weeks? So glad to follow your 2nd pilgrimage. Let’s plan on getting together when you return (and when will that be?)

I’ll be walking the Saint Francis of Assisi Pilgrage through Tuscany and Umbria, Italy for 165 miles…2weeks of walking. Dinner when I return. Linda
