Today we go our separate ways. Hinako to kindergarten. Rintaro and parents to his school graduation. How rich to have stayed in their home…real Japan and not the guide book version.

That it was though I must admit the 2 year old girl cried at the sight of me when we were first together. Playing make believe cooking on her toy wooden stove helped warm her to me. Albeit she did have a cold and fever that prevented her from her best. ~linda
