    1. I knew Thomas Jefferson is well respected in France. What was truly amazing is the Frenchman I was walking with pointed the plaque out to me knowing I am from Charlottesville. Had he not done that I may have missed it. linda

    1. What really amazes me is Jean-Français pointed it out to me. Upon seeing the sign, he instantly made the association of Linda > Virginia > Charlottesville > Monticello > Thomas Jefferson. Linda
