Few pilgrims use the variant I chose. Hence, it doesn’t warrant GPS tracking. How is it that the simplest of written directions can be so baffling? When all else fails, Google map to the rescue.

Hope it wasn’t another Shikoku Temple 88 experience. Looks like there was civilization along the way to help guide you to your intended destination.

Nothing can repeat Shikoku Temple 88. It was more a matter of how to more in the direction Google Map indicated. Went forward, backward, to the left and to the right and none seemed to be spot on. More or less 15 minutes or retracing myself. No Arnold-san to email. 🇨🇦~linda
