Cammino Begins ~ September 19, 2015

  • September 19, 2015
  • Day 12

  • Capannina
  • 13.2 miles
  • Total assent 3,481, total decent 1,953
  • 7 hours 40 minutes
  • 66-77 degrees

With usual form, the most challenging part of the day was finding the beginning of the Cammino in Dovadola. Today’s walk was a good introduction to the coming days best described as climb up…climb down. Though the walk required effort, my feet felt far worse after a day touring the stone streets of Rome.
