For a week, snowy mountains have been on the northern horizon. Fifteen miles away, I am close enough to photograph them. In days I’ll cross the highest section of the Camino.

As the miles unfold and the goal becomes closer isn’t it a bit sad to think you are about to finish this wonderful adventure, as well as a sense of jubilation at the accomplishment of it all?
