5:00am start is your usual schedule! I’m learning my limits. It’s not so much the distance but being able to adjust as the temperature climbs or the day gets long. Breaks are vital. I find some café and have a drink while recharging the phone during the day. Keep yoga class alive while I’m gone. ~linda
