The magnificent four ancient bronze horses above St Mark’s Basilica were part of the Fourth Crusade booty from Istanbul. They are being preserved indoors.  Should artifacts be repatriated?

  1. I learn that the quadridge was on the Arc of triomphe in Paris between 1797-1815.And yes outside is a reproduction.I don’t know if they have to be restitued.Sure then they are more popular in Venise😊
